Wild caught King Salmon It’s your choice. We are equipped to cater buffet or plated menus in all settings, including those where there is no facility available. Our commercial kitchen, experience, planning and hard working staff enables us to efficiently handle difficult locations. Just let us do the cooking and nobody leaves hungry!

Food

As You Wish Catering uses only the freshest ingredients to create mouth watering fare. We carefully choose top quality meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and use organic ingredients when they are available to create custom seasonal menus. We are quite versatile in the menus that we can create for your event. Your menu can be elaborate or simple; from Gourmet BBQ’s, to Cocktail Parties, to Weddings and Special Events large or small. You can create a menu yourself or have us do the paring for you. We are open to any menu suggestions that you may have for your theme event. Your food will be cooked fresh at the event site to ensure a flavorful, memorable top notch Lake Tahoe Catering experience.
